About the ROE Process

  1. Contractor submits request for Right of Entry (ROE) with required information via online form
  2. Facilities Management assigns a liaison to work with Contractor
  3. Liaison works with Contractor to gather all requisite information for ROE draft
  4. Once all information is collected (i.e. Project Description, Scope of Work, Equipment list, etc.) ROE is drafted
  1. Preliminary draft is reviewed and, if complete, approved by County Facilities Management (FM) and the Information Technology Department (ITD)
  2. Once preliminarily approved, draft is emailed to Contractor for review and approval
  3. Once approved by Contractor, ROE is signed and returned for Directors’ signatures (FM and ITD)
  4. Fully executed Right of Entry is sent to Contractor and work may be scheduled to begin. Should any preliminary work be required by the County, it will be scheduled and Contractor will be notified.
